Acupuncture Session
During the initial acupuncture session, a complete health history will be taken and discussed. Acupuncture and what to expect during the visit will be explained along with the treatment goals and plans.
Follow up sessions involve a brief consultation to determine progress since previous visit and acupuncture session according to treatment plan. Heat therapy, electrical stimulation, bodywork, dietary, herbal, and exercise recommendations as appropriate.

Facial Renewal Acupuncture Program
A safe, painless and effective treatment for renewing the face as well as the whole body. Benefits include: Improves collagen production and muscle tone, reduces bags and sagging tendencies, eliminates fine lines and diminishes larger wrinkles, reduces double chin and lifts drooping eyelids, improves metabolism, tightens pores and brightens eyes, increases local blood and lymph circulation, improves facial color, reduces stress and promotes total health and well-being. Each session includes cleansing, facial acupuncture, body and ear acupuncture as required, soothing mask, and dietary or herbal recommendations. Duration is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Minimum 10 sessions required for non smokers and 20 sessions for smokers. Differences will be noted after 5th to 7th session. Booster treatments are advisable after the completion of the initial series, usually monthly.

Smoking Cessation Program
The reason that acupuncture is such a powerful tool in helping people to live smoke-free lives is that it can drastically reduce the symptoms of withdrawal. For a smoker who has resolved themselves to quitting, acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine can actually speed up the withdrawal process by helping the body to detoxify more quickly and efficiently. For smokers who have not resolved to become non-smokers, but are instead hoping for a miracle to help them to develop a powerful desire to quit, acupuncture will be of little use. Acupuncture helps to make withdrawal manageable, and gives the body enough support through the detoxifying process that people are better able to succeed. Includes four acupuncture sessions, 40 days of herbs, & eight sessions of ear acupuncture.     $400

Digital Meridian Graphing
Based on a Japanese system called Ryodoraku and developed over 50 years ago, Digital
Meridian Graphing is a computerized energetic diagnostic tool used to provide analysis and documentation of energy levels in the acupuncture meridians. Results are shown in a
graphical format along with a diagnostic report. $40/$30 ** (**with acupuncture)

Ear Acupuncture
Can be used with body acupuncture or alone for treating a broad variety of clinical disorders, not just addiction as most people believe. Client has option to use ear tacks that would be worn in ear until next session, providing ongoing stimulation of acupuncture point. During ear acupuncture the patient is fully clothed and insertion only requires a few minutes. $30

Barefoot Ashiatsu     80 min/$110
A time-tested treatment style of practitioner using both hands and feet to create a sense of deep relaxation and powerful movement of internal energy (Qi). This deep tissue massage is performed on a mat on the floor. Stretching of and pressure applied to muscles and acu-points makes this treatment simultaneously stimulating and relaxing. Water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes are applied to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles, allowing manipulation of a greater intensity than with regular massage leaving you deeply relaxed, and allowing the body to let go of stress.

The traditional Ayurvedic treatment for emotional and physical tension and stress. Shiro Dhara stimulates the third eye, or “Window to the Soul,” as therapeutic oils flow onto the forehead and scalp.
