Appointments may be cancelled without penalty by calling at least 24 hours in advance. Later notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the regular cost of the service. "No shows” will be charged the full service fee, as this directly impacts our therapists and prohibits us from servicing others. Exceptions may apply.

Prepaid services are active for one year from the purchase date and may be shared. Expiration dates cannot be extended for travel or lack of use. Extensions may be given due to serious illness and must be requested in writing prior to expiration.
