Prenatal massage therapy addresses different needs through varying techniques, including Swedish Massage and is performed in a side lying position. Research shows prenatal massage therapy can help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.

The Serasana Temple oil used during all massages will not be applied to the body during any prenatal massages.
