There is a month to month contract for Wellness 50 and 80 Memberships. These memberships require only a 2 cycle minimum; you can cancel your auto-pay with a 30 day request at any month. A six month contract for Essential Memberships is required, with month to month options available afterwards. There is also a 30 day required notice to cancel after your six months finish.

Services with Wellness 50 & 80 Memberships may be gifted or shared with another person during active month. However, services with Essential Memberships may not be shared or gifted. The contract may be transferred to another person prior to contract termination.

Memberships may not be frozen or extended for travel or lack of use. Medical exceptions will be considered with a doctor’s note and if requested while pass is still active.

Unused Membership Services may be rolled to the next month, becoming Rollover Services. Rollover Services will remain active for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused member services or rollover services will expire within 30 days of submitting your termination notice.
